Framework scope
The Lancashire Regeneration Property Partnershp is a strategic agreement between Lancashire County Council and Eric Wright Group.
The framework was established to deliver asset management, master planning services for the whole of the public sector estate in the boroughs of Blackpool, Chorley, Fylde, Preston, South Ribble, Wyre and West Lancashire with the overriding aim of promoting the economic regeneration of Lancashire.
