Investors in People – Retention of Gold Status

EWG undertook its Investors in People assessment earlier this year and we are delighted to have retained our Gold status.

This award is extremely important to us all in that many of the principles tested and embodied in the assessment are core to the culture and values of our business.

A fundamental objective of the Eric Wright Charitable Trust, who own 100% of the shareholding in the Eric Wright Group, is to provide opportunities for people to develop long and successful careers in a business which not only prides itself on the highest quality of service to all its customers but does so in a way where our business culture reflects the ethos of the Trust. This is further embodied in our evolving CSR programme which supports young people, communities and deserving causes across the region.

This is an excellent achievement of which we are very proud. The Gold Award would not have been possible without commitment and engagement in constantly reviewing and developing the operations of the business.
