Eric Wright Special Projects has appointed two new site managers to facilitate the continued growth of the division.
John Rush, 33, from Wigan, has more than 12 years’ experience working as site manager for residential and development companies including Countryside Properties, Bailey Developments and Morris Homes North, delivering projects ranging from barn conversions to property developments.
In his new role, John will be working alongside the Group’s skilled construction team to develop its residential division, Applethwaite Homes.
John-Luke Smith, 33, from Rossendale, has progressed his career from graduate construction supervisor to site manager and his work to-date includes working on a number of large-scale city centre projects including the £10.5m University Technical College at MediaCity in Salford.
Within the Special Projects team, John will be working on similar projects such as the refurbishment of the UCLan Harrington building, valued at £669k which will involve renovating an existing area into new offices for the medical .education, business and finances senior staff.
