Following our Investors in People assessment we have successfully achieved Gold status.
In order to achieve this level of award, we had to meet 165 of 196 evidence requirements – we actually met 192 of these which is outstanding.
This is a huge step forward from our Silver award three years ago and recognises the hard work and effort by all of our staff in ensuring that we continually review our business practices and processes, in particular those involving people.
We are now one of only 7% of organisations in the UK to reach this high performing standard and are immensely proud. The award demonstrates the positive impact of how we go about our business and what we represent as a business. It’s also hugely satisfying to receive such positive feedback and commitment of all our staff.
