Eric Wright FM Appointed to £290million Framework

Eric Wright Facilities Management (FM) has been awarded a supply partner position on Fusion 21’s £290million, four-year Compliance and Facilities Management framework.

Eric Wright FM is one of 105 firms nationally to have been awarded a framework position that offers 17 lots and covers a number of specialisms including electrical safety, water hygiene, fire safety and asbestos.

Social enterprise, Fusion 21, delivers procurement services and OJEU compliant frameworks in education, blue light and social housing, as well as working alongside NHS Trusts and local authorities. To date, the company has delivered £147million savings, created more than 3,700 jobs and generated £63million through community impact.

Phil Woodhead, facilities management framework manager at Fusion21, said: “Following demand from our members we have developed this framework to offer increased support around property compliance needs, whilst ensuring Fusion21 members continue to benefit from significant efficiency savings.

“In addition to accessing lots for Passive Fire Safety, Retrofit Maintenance and Compliance Software for the first time, members will also generate greater efficiencies when purchasing the latest facilities management technologies such as: self-testing emergency lighting, remote temperature monitoring and cloud based door access control systems.”
