John Cripps is the Operations Director for Eric Wright FM and a member of our Senior Management Team. With over 30 years’ experience within the FM industry, John’s customer-centric approach ensures compliant service delivery across all of our PFI, LIFT and BSF contracts while driving innovative and value for money solutions across the business.

Reece Roberts - Operations Manager

Reece Roberts has worked for Eric Wright FM for over 15 years and is currently employed as an Operations Manager overseeing service delivery and contract compliance for our LIFT healthcare portfolio. Eric Wright FM’s Technical Services Manager – Martin Green - is an experienced electrical biased HVAC professional with extensive experience within the FM industry. Martin works alongside ours facilities managers and site delivery teams, working to enhance our in-house technical competency.

Ben Kitowski - PFI Lifecycle and Commercial Specialist

Ben Kitowski is Eric Wright FM’s PFI Lifecycle and Commercial specialist holding over 20 years’ experience. As an accredited Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Ben provides expert commercial and contractual advice surrounding NEC and all bespoke forms of contract within FM and other regulated industries.

Samantha Darnley - Energy Team Leader

Heading up Eric Wright FM’s Energy Team is Samantha Darnley. Samantha is highly experienced within the FM industry, leading various initiatives in support of our sustainability aspirations. Samantha works collaboratively with our in-house digital team to create digital solutions, helping clients to monitor their progress to carbon neutrality.

Natalie Belli - Business Support Manager

Fulfilling the role of Business Support Manager, Natalie Belli heads up Eric Wright FM’s 24/7 helpdesk function. Natalie leads a responsive and professional team of advisors while working to develop and improve our CAFM functionality for clients and end users. Providing daily support to our operational team, Natalie’s team is the central hub for FM delivery.
