Life cycle asset management
Our whole life / life cycle costing project experience covers a range of sectors including PFI / PPP & LIFT. We can provide life cycle costing support to projects at both a pre and post contract level, developing and refining detailed models aligning to industry best practice and your budget expectations. We have the breadth and depth of project experience and can demonstrate significant expertise in respect of achieving the best whole life value for projects.
The in-house team routinely update life cycle profiles and forward maintenance plans based on outputs from asset performance and condition surveys undertaken by our own chartered surveyors. By doing this we keep our customers fully aware of the commercial profile of their projects.
Variation & change control
Our in house Chartered Quantity Surveyors have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to help you through the variation process to change or adapt a property post contract. We are able to advise and manage the variation process and update you on the impacts any change will have on ongoing FM, life cycle and utilities costs.
We keep you fully informed on the impact on the proposed works and the timeframe for delivery. Full breakdowns of any capital and revenue costs relating to the change will be reviewed and discussed allowing the customer to make an informed decision. Furthermore our experience of working collaboratively across our group of companies results in project efficiencies and cost savings.
Condition surveys
We can quickly dispatch our experienced in house chartered surveyors to appraise the condition of a building, school or healthcare site producing a clear user friendly report. We present our findings using a priority ranking to allow a risk based approach to be taken on any rectification.
Project management
We have in house capability to deliver projects in vacant or occupied premises. Our project managers provide strong leadership from project inception to completion, identifying and managing risks from the outset and setting out clear objectives to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
