Key Challenges
The scheme included bespoke stone cladding, which created a challenging design that called for significant planning and further detail.
The high position of rock within the ground strata required in-depth investigation prior to commencing groundworks, due to challenging ground conditions.
As the works were undertaken adjacent to a live school and residential area, careful planning and logistics were key to minimise disruption.
