Monkhill Railway Station Car Park Extension

EWCE were appointed to design and construct a car park extension including earthworks, resurfacing, new surface water drainage and attenuation tank, street lighting and associated ducting.

The works included the creation of an extended surface level car park with at least 58 formal parking spaces of which 3 spaces are to be blue badge spaces. This includes boundary treatments and a new car park layout including drainage and surfacing.

The works were completed in phases. The existing car park remained open to the public whilst the extension  was constructed and completed, this was then opened up to the public allowing the upgrade works to the existing car park to be completed.
