Key Challenges
The main challenges on this development involve the City Centre location of the site. We are also working adjacent to other contractors, making planning and communication of the upmost importance.
The site is of historic interest with preconstruction archaeological surveys and ongoing monitoring.
The new building is located adjacent to occupied structures; therefore we are implementing noise and vibration reduction solutions and working closely with the neighbours to ensure the minimum of disruption.
