Overview
This work is being carried out across five single storey primary schools and a sports/drama facility in Ellesemere Port, Cheshire. The proximity of these schools allows us to combine our static labour resources with mobile support, when the needs arise.
The Eric Wright FM team of dedicated staff and specialist supply chain partners deliver all planned and reactive maintenance duties as well as ensuring that the facilities remain statutory compliant.

Our Approach
The on-site team of caretakers, cleaning and catering staff are managed by a regional Facilities Manager and further supported by our in house professional services team of building services managers, engineers, surveyors and an energy manager.
The Eric Wright FM 24/7 helpdesk facility ensures that all calls and tasks are logged accurately and efficiently, before being allocated to the correct resource.
All calls can be viewed and tracked in real time, with our clients having access to the progress of every task on our Computer Aided facilities management (CAFM) system, via a web portal. A formal client meeting is held monthly where all raised jobs in the period are studied and assessed along with the contractual KPI’s.
