Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre receives the Eyecan Business Award

Friday 13th November 2015 saw Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre, part of the Eric Wright Group, walk away with the Business Award at the Galloway’s Eyecan Awards Ceremony, the first one to be held across Lancashire and Sefton.

Roger Ward, Water Park Centre Head, attended the Galloway Society for the Blind EyeCan Awards ceremony on Friday evening and proudly accepted the Business Award for going the extra mile for people with visual impairment on behalf of all the staff at Water Park.

On receiving the award Roger said “He was very humbled by all the people who also received awards at the event. It was an amazing and extremely emotional evening”.

Eric Wright himself presented the ‘Overall Most Inspirational Award’ and the whole evening was a touching and moving event celebrating the bravery of people with visual impairment.
