Safeway, Malvern

From retail park developments to major town centre redevelopments, our expertise in this sector is long-earned and far-reaching. For over 30 years the group has been involved with foodstore operators such as Safeway, Morrisons and, more recently, Lidl.

Over the last few years, we have also worked with Preston based Booths Supermarkets, undertaking developments in Ilkley, Longton, Chorley and Kendal.

Completed in 2005, the Kendal store was part of a wider, mixed use scheme in the town. This involved the assembly of a contaminated brown field site in multiple ownership to provide new offices for the local newspaper, multi-deck parking, 12 shops and a public piazza, as well as the Booths store.
