Miner's Home, Blackpool

Our reputation for quality residential new build schemes, refurbishments and extensions was recently cemented at the North West Insider Property Awards 2006, where we were presented with the Construction Award for our work on the Miners Home at Blackpool.

This involved the refurbishment of a once derelict building, plus some new build in keeping with the existing structure and surrounding.

Additionally, as well as the refurbishment of Jackson’s Warehouse, Manchester, other completed schemes have included a 595 bed student accommodation facility at West Street, Leeds for St James Facilities Management. Currently we are working on 44 properties at Bradshawgate in Bolton and phase two of the Windmill Housing project, to build 31 houses plus office building in 5 locations across 2 separate sites.
