The Eric Wright Group has vast experience of refurbishment projects on all scales, including the conversion of large warehouses and other old properties to luxury apartment living. Recently, such projects have included Jackson’s Warehouse in Manchester and Cookridge Hall in Leeds.

Current refurbishment projects we are involved in include extensive alterations to Sheffield’s Leopold Square for ASK developments – one of the Group’s key clients.
