Eric Wright Group Receive Silver Status for Investors in People

The Eric Wright Group has been successful in its review of the Investors in People Standard, achieving the highly acclaimed Silver status.

Eric Wright Group are amongst a small number of organisations within the UK (less than 2% of all recognitions) to achieve this level and one of only 96 in the North West.  We were originally awarded Investors in People in 1998 and have maintained the Standard ever since which is testament to our on-going drive for continuous improvement.

Achieving Investors in People Silver status shows a forward thinking and expansive approach to cascading best practice and learning and development through every level of the organisation.  It demonstrates a progressive and continuous approach to business improvement through its people.

Group Managing Director, Jeremy Hartley stated:

"I am extremely proud to have achieved Investors in People Silver status, especially during difficult economic times and against a backdrop of a number of changes in senior management structures.  We could not have done this without the dedication and commitment of our employees and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping to attain this.  This is a fantastic achievement for all of us showing significant progress from our award 3 years ago, when the wider framework was not yet available.  We look forward to the challenges ahead."

In recognition of the Company's dedication to improving performance through its people the Eric Wright Group has held the national quality standard Investors in People for over 12 years.
