Maple Grove Developments was formed 25 years ago as the development arm of the Eric Wright Group. It is now a well respected professional company with a wide range of expertise. Traditionally the company has specialised in commercial development with particular emphasis on retail, offices and industrial. Recently via a joint venture partnership we are also involved in niche residential development.

The schemes which have been undertaken over the years have become increasingly large in both monetary and complexity terms. The range of current schemes includes City Centre offices, town centre redevelopments and large land assemblies.
