In March 2000 The Eric Wright Group were proud to gain the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation. As one of the first construction companies in the North West to be given IIP status, we feel the award was both well earned and completely justified.

Our overriding philosophy to provide secure jobs, free from shareholder pressure, was one of the main factors identified as what made our group unique, as was making staff wellbeing and customer satisfaction our main objectives.

By continuing to invest time and energy in our staff, emphasising not only skills development but also fairness in dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, we continue to retain our IIP accreditation year after year.
