As of December 2005, The Eric Wright Group’s property portfolio is valued at over £80m. Comprised of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the North West, assets in the portfolio range from individual buildings to entire industrial estates.

The Group’s property management department handles all acquisition and disposal of property, with previous acquisitions including prime retail opportunities in Kendal and a Cheshire business park. Both the planned and responsive maintenance of these properties, including cleaning, grounds maintenance and site supervision is co-ordinated by our Facilities Management Department.

For the Healthcare and Education sectors, under Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes we also help take care of services such as caretaking, catering and replacement of building contents through careful life cycle planning.

To provide support for all tenants of our properties, our Facilities Management department provides a dedicated telephone help desk available 24/7 to respond to any maintenance problems that arise.
