CSR
The principles behind the Charitable Trust are woven into our overall approach to business. Through the reinvestment of time, money and resources we support the wider regeneration of our local communities.
Through our work with the Charitable Trust we have enabled:
- 750 young people to leave school with a qualification in construction
- 33 students to complete a Young Apprentice Programme
- Year 8 students from local schools to experience taster sessions in construction
In addition to the work carried out by the Charitable Trust and the Learning Foundation, we have worked with our health and education partners to:
- Create jobs and apprenticeship training opportunities
- Support work experience placements
- Deliver community based projects that promote self care and health awareness
- Reinvested funds in health to create a knowledge network and research projects
- Community Art Projects
