Cobbetts House is a flagship building at the centre of the regeneration of Mosley Street, in central Manchester.

The traditional steel frame building, constructed after the demolition of the old Eagle Star Building, provides 13,200m_ of accommodation over seven floors. The contemporary design sets the building within its urban context with sensitivity, creating a modern flexible office in the Manchester tradition.
