The vision for Bolton One is a centre that brings together a special combination of facilities to improve everyone's health and fitness. Placing co-located facilities on one site will give users the freedom to select their own package of services that best meets their needs.
Bolton One will include:
Health Facilities: GP, Walk in Centre, diagnostics and community health services
Leisure Facilities: Swimming pool, hydrotherapy, fitness suite sports hall and climbing
Teaching and Research Facilities: Clinical skills laboratory facilities, sports injury facilities, rehabilitation suite and test running track
This project will be completed to a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
