Design and construction of a mixed retail development on a former gas works site in central Leyland.

The project included extensive civil enabling works including remediation and culverting of an existing brook.

On completion the scheme included a Lidl food store, two self-contained steel framed retail units and a McDonalds ‘drive thro' restaurant inclusive of roads, car parking and loading yard.
