The development comprises the Design and Build of a new Booths Supermarket shell and retail unit and a Wetherspoons public house shell.

Extensive enabling works and services diversions including the installation of new electrical sub-station and BT generator preceded main construction activities. Other works involved Highway realignment and new pedestrian areas.

The building is formed from steel frame clad in multiple finishes including render, cladding, brickwork, artstone, aluminium curtain walling and brise soleil.
