Redevelopment and refurbishment of Bradford's Victorian Grade I Listed Wool Exchange which involved the demolition of an 1895 extension and replacement with a three-storey planar glass façade giving views into the 90ft high main hall.

Maple Grove worked in conjunction with Bradford City Council and English Heritage to restore the building and regenerate its economic life.
