This contract for Lancashire County Council involves the cosntruction of a new car parking facility and access road on a greenfield site adjacent the M6 motorway junction 31A together with associated ancillary works. The scope includes, as a large element, ground stabilisation techniques to provide a suitable foundation.

Construction of a surface water attenuation lagoon and associate site wide drainage, on site kerbing, surfacing and line marking and provision of street lighting.

Section 278 works including the construction of 2 lay-bys, widening of the existing access road and the signalisation of the access road junction on Bluebell Way.
