A66 Crackenthorpe Retaining Wall
This contract involved the stabilisation of a section of the A66 Crackenthorpe trunk road. It involved teh construction of a 150m long buried retaining wall using 900mm diameter in-situ bored and cast reinforced concrete piles embedded to a maximum depth of 27m. The piles were finished with a reinforced concrete capping beam.
